Project: A Place at the Table Touring We plan to finish developing this show and show it at Camden People's Theatre in November 2011 and Southwark Cathedral in January 2012. It will then be available for touring. The play is suitable for studio theatres. However, we are very interested in site-specific spaces suitable for the themes of the play as long as they meet our technical requirements and have box office/marketing support through an arts venue. Artistically, we would be interested in places where people come to meet or have met in the past: preferably it will be a place where decisions are made and power is exercised, like a hall in a government building. We are also interested in places where communities gather. Detailed technical specifications are available on request. We are also keen to support and, if possible tie productions in with, any events, projects or community groups involved with Burundi or the wider Great Lakes Region of Africa.
